When Arrive Taipei Airport catch the express airport bus to city - Fei Gou (flying dog). The ticket counter is on the left once exit, per passenger TW 140. Taipei got no time difference from Singapore.
Our hotel is TS Hotel, good location but is more like a motel. A family owned motel. A weird practise is you must leave your room key with them when going out.
If you are asking for direction best tell them in mandrain - TS hotel = Da Shun Fa Dian (No.170-172 Han Zhong St) Turn left when exit Ximen station exit 1

To get there: Walk to Song Shan Station - there is a red bridge (see the sign) cross over to the other side.
Or Taipei Main Station, take bus 605 or 276 and stop at the entrance of Rao He.

Their ATM most of them do not accept Visa/Master and Plus logo.....meaning no way you can withdraw $$$ from ATM!

Their pineapple tart with salted egg yolk was the best & the thing they sell is much cheaper than other palce.

Last but not least....ladies fav handbagssss, i happened to passby this place while going from Wu Fen Pu to Rao He...at night they sell a lot of bags on the floor and all is at TW100 each !
